What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files containing settings of selected parameters used on the web portal. They are stored in a folder on your computer/device that uses a web browser. They are used for repeated visits to the web portal or displays of a web page when the browser can reload and send them to the web portal. The web portal user who has enabled the web browser to receive and handle cookies and who browses the web portal/web page thereby provides consent to the use, processing and storing of cookies.

What cookies we use

On the web portal we use cookies to improve basic functions (e.g., pre-filled forms, saving personal settings, log-in of a registered user, etc.); cookies of third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics, are used for things like monitoring visits. These services are used on the web portal because they are seen as useful, secure and they serve to improve the usability and ergonomics of the web portal.

The use of cookies and their handling on the web portal is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on Protection of Personal Data and on amending and supplementing certain acts.

I do not want to use cookies

The standard default settings of most web browsers enable the automatic receipt and processing of cookies. If you do not wish to use cookies, it is possible to change the settings of the web browser (for information on how to change your cookies, see the Help section). Cookie settings are valid only for the web browser in which the setting is implemented. Disabling cookies is likely to affect the functioning of all web pages that use cookies and are displayed in the given web browser.
